A former assistant district attorney who struck a fourteen-year-old boy and fled the scene after drinking at a Media bar (“Sligo”) after work has been suspended for four months by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

The balance of a one-year suspension was stayed on probationary conditions.

The attorney lost his job as a result of the incident and ensuing conviction. (Mike Frisch)
