Not Now, Not Ever

The Louisiana Supreme Court not only denied the fourth reintatement petition of a disbarred attorney, it barred him from ever trying to get reinstated in the future.

The petitioner had submitted forged documents in support of an earlier effort to get his license back. He also continued to “argue semantics” over the circumstances of his disbarment in 2005. (Mike Frisch)
