Reinstated But Not Terminated

The Ohio Supreme Court has entered an order reinstating an attorney who had been suspended on an interim basis.

The court acted on notice that the attorney was no longer in default of his child support obligations.

The order notes that related disciplinary proceedings are not terminated by the reinstatement. (Mike Frisch)
