Two For The Road
An attorney who engaged in misconduct after his guilty plea to failure to file his federal and state tax returns was disbarred by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
The attorney was administratively suspended in 2009 for failure to comply with CLE obligations and in 2011 as a result of the conviction. He remained counsel of record in “several criminal and bankruptcy cases” after the administrative suspension.
