The Arizona Presiding Disciplinary Judge has imposed a suspension of 18 months, backdated to an earlier suspension for failure to complete CLE, of an attorney who was arrested after a traffic stop.

A search of his car led to the discovery of two baggies of methamphetamine. The attorney pleaded guilty to drug charges and was placed on probation. He continued to use drugs after probation was imposed.
