A New York attorney who “engaged in full pleadings, motions and discovery practice” in a family trust litigation in Ohio was suspended for six months by the Appellate Division for the Third Judicial Department.

The attorney committed ethics violations in the matter beyond the unauthorized practice. He violated conflicts of interest obligations and engaged in abusive litigation tactics.
