The Idaho Supreme Court has disbarred an attorney for misconduct in the course of representing two clients.

The attorney has been suspended since January 2008 as reciprocal discipline for violations that took place in Oregon. He was publicly reprimanded in 2001.

The attorney failed to promptly return
