Because the attorney in the preceding post practiced in Alabama, I conducted an online search to see if there was a similar disciplinary order from that jurisdiction.

I was unable to find anything.

This did not shock me as I have never been able to locate on line a single Alabama bar sanction order.

I have search the web page of the Alabama State Bar and not found any link that takes you to orders of discipline. If a diligent reader can find one, I’d be pleased to know.
