An attorney who had sexual relations with a domestic relations client was publicly reprimanded by the South Carolina Supreme Court.

The sex took place in the attorney’s office and residence. Opposing counsel contacted the attorney after receiving a report from a private investigator. The attorney then withdrew from the representation. (Mike Frisch)
