The Florida Second District Court of Appeal rejected an attorney’s claim that a trial court injunction directing him to not disseminate the contents of video depositions and remove said videos from Youtube was a prior restraint on his First Amendment rights. Rather, the injunction was a reasonable exercise of the trial court’s control over the discovery process. (Mike Frisch)
