The Most Serious Misconduct

Noting that disbarment is permanent and thus reserved for the most serious misconduct, the Indiana Supreme Court found that disbarment was appropriate in a matter involving a pattern of neglect in multiple client matters as well as a series of intentional misrepresentations to the Disciplinary Commission.
