The web page of the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility reports the temporary suspension of an attorney’s license based on his guilty plea to drug offenses and attempted theft of property worth more than $1,000. The Tennessee Supreme Court concluded that the attorney posed a substantial threat of harm to the public “by offering to provide legal services in exchange for stolen property.” (Mike Frisch)
