Not As A Solo

The Delaware Supreme Court has held that an attorney suspended for two years may start the reinstatement process after 18 months but must serve the full two-year period before reinstatement can be granted. The misconduct had occurred after the attorney had eye surgery and suffered the death of a close relative. The court states that any application for reinstatement would be “strengthened” if the attorney does not intend to practice as a solo if reinstated. (Mike Frisch)
