No Appeal

A notice of appeal of the dismissal of a bar complaint by the complainant was rejected by the Delaware Supreme Court. The court held that there is no procedure for such an appeal of a complaint dismissed by disciplinary counsel. The court only reviews disciplinary and disability matters on review of decisions of its Board on Professional Responsibility. (Mike Frisch)
