A former attorney admitted to practice in 1975 and disbarred in 1988 was permanently disbarred by the Louisiana Supreme Court. While employed as a paralegal, he had conducted depositions and engaged in settlements negotiations. This post-disbarment practice of law was found to warrant the sanction imposed. (Mike Frisch)
