Stayed Suspension For Intoxicated Belligerence To Courthouse Personnel

A disciplinary sanction reported by the North Carolina State Bar:

The DHC suspended [a] Wilson lawyer…for oneyear. [The lawyer] appeared in the courthouse intoxicated and was loudlybelligerent to courthouse personnel. The suspension is stayed for threeyears upon compliance with numerous conditions.
