Quick-N-Easy–Not!

The Mississippi Supreme Court has imposed a public reprimand of a judge for his failure to render a decision in a timely manner. Noteworthy is the fact that the party who filed a summary judgment motion was not promptly decided was named Quick-N-Easy Grocery, Inc. Also noteworthy is the fact that the judge had previously been disciplined for similar lapses and is named Judge Agin. (Mike Frisch)
