No Second Chances

It is not a shock to see a case that concludes that disbarment, even permanent disbarment, is the result when an attorney is convicted of armed bank robbery. So concludes the Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board in a recent report and recommendation to the state Supreme Court. the board found it unneceassry to determine whether there were other instances of such conduct that did not result in conviction.
