Also, as Bill noted earlier, Elizabeth Chambliss (New York L.S.) and Bruce Green (Fordham) have posted to SSRN’s journal, Law & Soc’y:  The Legal Prof’n, the article, “Some Realism About Bar Associations,” also in 57 DePaul L. Rev. 425 (2008).  It proposes that bar associations be more self-aware and creative in their reform deliberations and committee processes.  The abstract is reproduced by Bill at his earlier post.
