Complaint Not Withdrawn

The Arkansas Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct ordered but stayed until further order a 12 month suspension for a number of ethical violations in connection with a bankruptcy matter. The former clients had sought to withdraw the complaint; the committee states that the matter was referred by a bankruptcy judge and that the former clients did not have the power or authority to drop it.
