Connecticut has adopted a rule governing Multi-Jurisdictional Practice that grants to non-Connecticut lawyers the same opportunity to “provide legal services on a temporary basis” under Rule 5.5 that the state where that lawyer is admitted provides to members of the Connecticut Bar.
