Annual lawyer discipline hearings scheduled

Attorneysand members of the public will have an opportunity next month to offercomments about attorney disciplinary procedures, competency andadmissions procedures at hearings in Los Angeles and San Francisco.

TheSan Francisco hearing will be held Dec. 4 at the bar offices at 180Howard St. The Los Angeles hearing is scheduled for Dec. 13 in thebar’s offices at 1149 South Hill St. Both hearings begin at 10 a.m.

Individualswho wish to speak or offer written materials should contact Doug Hullat 415/538-2015 or doug.hull@calbar.ca.gov by Nov. 30.
