Minnesota Amends Admission Rules

Minnesota has amended its bar admission rules effective July 1, 2007. The new rules set forth the considerations that apply to an applicant who must demonstrate rehabilitation from pre-admission misconduct. There are also significant changes to the rules governing practice by foreign legal consultants.
