Suspended Means Stop Practicing

The New York First Judicial Department disbarred an attorney who had previously been suspended for three years. After the suspension, the former attorney continued to purport to act as counsel for an architect that the opinion identifies as “Eva”.  He also bounced two checks from his escrow account and did not respond to the disciplinary investigation.
