From Howard Bashman’s How Appealing blog comes a story in today’s Boston Globe about a defendant doctor in a medical malpractice trial who abruptly agreed to settle the case after it was revealed on cross-examination that he had been posting blogs under the name “Flea” about the case and the lawyers.
