More on Prosecutor Misconduct

An account of the North Carolina State Bar prosecution of two lawyers who had withheld evidence of the defendant’s innocence in a death penalty trial is linked here. The author is an attorney who was involved as defense counsel at the retrial who later attended the bar hearing.
