Bar as linked here is putting on a CLE on Monday Dec. 11, from 6:00-9:15 pm, on “A Practical Guide to the Federal Corrupt Foreign Practices Act,” including how to conduct internal investigations. On Thursday, Dec. 14, also 6:00-9:15, the bar here is featuring, “Understanding the Intricacies of the Attorney-Client Privilege,” including 2 hours of ethics in its 3.
