Criminal Charges Asserted As Basis To Delay Bar Prosecution Of Jeffrey Clark

To the surprise of exactly no one, Jeffrey Clark has filed a motion in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia asserting additional grounds to stay his prosecution for alleged violations of ethical rules in a complaint filed last year by the District of Columbia Disciplinary Counsel.

The grounds are his inclusion in the criminal charges recently filed in Georgia.
