Censure Proposed For Brady Violation By AUSA

A District of Columbia Hearing Committee has proposed a public censure of a former Assistant United States Attorney for failing to disclose that a witness who made an in-court identification of the defendantĀ had earlierĀ stated that he could not identify the perpetrator.

The hearing committee found a Rule 3.8(e) violation.
