Giuliani Oral Argument Set

The oral argument reviewing the recommended disbarment of Rudolph Giuliani will be held on November 2, 2023 before the District of Columbia Board on Professional Responsibility.

The argument will be conducted on zoom with a link available of the D.C. Bar’s discipline web page if the Respondent so requests in his initial brief.

The most recent hearing committee matter was held in-person but accessible on zoom. Presumably, the Giuliani oral argument will also be available to the public. (Mike Frisch)
