A positive development in bar discipline transparency in the District of Columbia – public access to oral arguments before the Board on Professional Responsibility 

Board Oral Arguments are held in Courtroom II of the Historic Courthouse of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals located at 430 E Street NW, Washington, DC 20001.  Live streaming audio of Board oral arguments that are otherwise open to the public is now available.  Click here to listen to the live stream.
