The Security Of Reinstatement
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has reinstated an attorney admitted in 1978 whose varied career has never involved actually practicing law in Pennsylvania.
He worked at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for a decade and then was with a private consulting firm.
He had been inactive in Pennsylvania when he was suspended by the Board of Immigration Appeals. Pennsylvania imposed a reciprocal indefinite suspension in February 2013.
Among his non-legal projects are the Chinese Martial Arts Institute and a security company called AT-Risk International LLC.
He also has served as a Fairfax County (Virginia) deputy sheriff and provided security for the Golden State Warriors professional basketball team. (Mike Frisch)
