Drummed Out

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has disbarred an attorney admitted in 2008 who gained a measure of infamy in Central Pennsylvania for the sheer scope and extent of his incompetence as an attorney.

The Disciplinary Board called the attorney “an extreme example of client neglect and incompetence by an attorney”  that started on his admission “and it never stopped.” He produced “shoddy work product” and displayed both a lack of preparation and professionalism.

I remember a line from the Godfather to the effect that a lawyer with his briefcase can steal more than 100 men with guns, This guy shows how much damage one lousy lawyer can inflict on clients and the courts in just a few short years. The board report lays it out in great detail.
