Strike Shove Kick

The Colorado Presiding Disciplinary Judge imposed a stayed 60 day suspension with probation for three-years, subject to conditions, in a matter involving an attorney’s involvement in a series of criminal incidents.

The attorney had a driving while impaired conviction in 2007, pled guilty to harassment – domestic violence in 2008 and also pled guilty to harassment – strike shove kick in 2009. The second and third offenses were misdemeanors. (Mike Frisch)
