New Edition Out of Handbook on Privilege

The ABA announces publication of a new fourth edition of Vincent Walkowiak’s book, The Attorney-Client Privilege in Civil Litigation.  Here is the webpage. 

The book is an edited collection of input from various lawyers.  It is in one volume and geared to practitioners, and also considers work product privilege.
